PRESTIGE DU VIGNERON ® :
A quality red wine resulting from a marriage of two varieties of grape, Cabernet and Côt. It goes nicely with red meat and cheese. Serve between 14 – 16°C and consume within 7 years.
FLEUR DE PRINTEMPS ® :
A red wine resulting from a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. Serve at 14°C. This wine may be consumed with any meal.
LE CABERNET :
This quality red wine is structured and full bodied and is best served at 16°C. It will suit red meat and cheese.
LE CÔT :
A quality red wine that is round and velvety and best served at 16°C. It goes well with game and certain cheeses.
LE GAMAY :
A light red wine best served fresh between 12 - 14°C. It accompanies nicely white meat and grilled meat.
LE PINOT NOIR :
A supple, velvety and fruity red wine best served at 14°C. It goes very well with poultry.
The White Wines and the Rosé
LE SAUVIGNON :
A dry white best served between 7-8°C. It goes nicely with cooked pork meats, fish and sea food.
MÉTHODE TRADITIONNELLE :
Dry, white and sparkling and at its best served chilled. It is a must for an aperitif or with dessert.
LE PINEAU D'AUNIS : A rosé served cool between 7-8°C. It accompanies the specialities of the region (cooked pork meat and spicy food) and can be appreciated at any time of the day.
